JABA is a directory only. We connect customers with independent artisans. We do NOT employ, supervise, or take responsibility for any artisan listed here.

Treat everyone as a stranger. Verify identity before allowing anyone into your home or handing over money. Agree on pricing before work begins.

Zero liability. JABA accepts zero liability for: theft, robbery, damage, injury, financial loss, fraud, poor workmanship, or any other outcome. JABA will not be party to any legal proceedings between users and artisans.

Payments. JABA does not process payment for jobs, products or services booked through the platform — those payments are strictly between customer and artisan/business, and JABA offers NO refunds on them. JABA does process payment for its own platform fees (customer contact plans and Featured placement), via Paystack; these platform fees are also non-refundable once paid.

Is JABA free to use?

Yes, JABA is free to browse. New customers also get one free contact (call or WhatsApp) to try it out. After that, unlimited contacts cost ₦1,000/month or ₦10,000/year.

What does the ₦1,000/month or ₦10,000/year cover?

It removes the one-contact limit for customers, so you can call or WhatsApp as many artisans and businesses as you like, whenever you like, for the length of your plan.

Does JABA charge artisans or businesses to list?

No. Listing your services or business on JABA is always free, with no commission taken from your sales. If you want to appear first in search results and carry a Premium badge, Featured placement is available for ₦5,000/year — but it's never required to be listed.

What do I get for the ₦5,000/year Featured placement?

Featured artisans and businesses are shown first in search results (ahead of Trust Score ranking), carry a Premium badge on their profile, and get extra photo slots. If you've already paid for Featured placement, that same subscription is what qualifies you for this priority spotlight — no separate payment needed.

Does JABA process payments?

JABA processes payment only for its own platform fees (customer plans and Featured placement), via Paystack. JABA never processes payment for the actual jobs, products or services you book — you agree the price directly with the artisan or business and pay them yourself. We recommend agreeing on price and scope before work begins.

How are artisans and businesses verified?

Our agents confirm listings are real before they carry a verified badge. Every profile also shows a Trust Score built from verification, reviews, time on JABA and profile completeness — so you can judge for yourself, not just take our word for it.

Is my information safe?

We only ask for what's needed to connect you with the right person — your name, area and contact details. We don't sell your data.

Can I list more than one business or service?

Yes. Once signed in, you can add multiple listings from the same account — for example an artisan profile and a separate business listing.

Can I showcase my products or shop items on JABA?

Yes. Business listings can include a full product or menu section — add photos, names and prices for what you sell, so your JABA page works like a mini shop customers can browse before they even contact you.
